A little bit about Coach Gilmore
Coach Courtney Gilmore is a proud Double Dawg, graduating with her bachelor of science education in sports management in 2022 and her master of science in sports management in 2023. Coach Gilmore rounded out her degrees with a general business minor and legal certificate from the University of Georgia. Coach Gilmore is entering her third year as a full time member of the Donovan community. Coach Gilmore started coaching girls basketball back in the 2022-2023 season and became Athletic Director in June 2023. In addition to being the girls basketball coach and Athletic Director, she teaches Health and serves as the advisor for the Student Government Association. In her free time, Coach Gilmore enjoys working out, reading, traveling, and watching sports. With a passion for both education and athletics, Coach Gilmore strives to create a positive and welcoming environment to empower students in the classroom and on the court.
