Donovan Catholic School is committed to making a Catholic, college-preparatory education accessible to families from a range of financial circumstances. In addition to scholarships, families may apply for tuition assistance. Tuition assistance applications are completed through FACTS, an independent financial aid assessment service, and are reviewed confidentially. Awards are determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account demonstrated financial need, available resources, and the overall enrollment picture for the coming school year. Families are notified of tuition assistance decisions in alignment with admissions timelines, and awards are applied annually; continuing families must reapply each year for consideration.
tuition assistance is available on a limited basis to qualifying families and is awarded based on demonstrated financial need through an independent evaluation process. All families are welcome to apply for assistance as part of the admissions process, and awards are determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness, confidentiality, and alignment with the school’s mission and resources.
Application Process
Applicants may apply online beginning in October each year for the following academic year. Families are encouraged to submit their request at the time of application or as soon as possible thereafter.
The following information is
required in order to process tuition assistance applications:
- FACTS Financial Aid Application (see link in the menu to the right).
- Payment of the $40 non-refundable financial aid application fee. This fee must be paid directly to FACTS – online via credit card or checking account.
- Copies of your current IRS Federal Tax Form 1040 or 1040-A US Individual Income Tax Return, including all supporting tax schedules (Schedule C, E, F). State Tax Returns not accepted.
- Detailed information regarding your family's monthly expenses. Documentation may be requested as confirmation.
